Cobrarat
I noticed that there aren't a lot of Sea Serpent monster or support, so i tried to make some help for that type of card.Rate,hate,etc.. Lore:When a Fish-Type or Sea Serpent-Type monster on the field is destroyed by a card effect, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn you can Tribute 1 level 3 or lower Fish-Type monster you control, to add 1 Sea Serpent-Type monster from your deck to your hand. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can Special Summon 1 Sea Serpent-Type or Fish-Type monster from your hand who's level is equal to or lower then that of the destroyed monster. Tell me 1 more thing, is this card actually usefull???
FSBolthof
I like the concept, but it is a bit too good. I should make it a Monster Card Effect. Some slight OCG, but good for a newbie.7.6/

-Griffin
Actually, the Summon effect is probably fine. It's a nice beatstick in Coelcanth and might open up some Solidarity routes for Sea Serpents, but the types lack support to the extent that a simple beatstick isn't OP'd. Just compare it to something like Jurrac Herra. Herra can be Summoned from the Graveyard and is in a Deck which effectively has 3 RotA and much better monsters, and it can also be Summoned from the Graveyard. This thing has Moray and Trade-In on its side, which I just see as adding a needed bit of speed to two slow types. Keep it as about what it is, IMO, it's fairly balanced. ragnarok1945
easy to summon since you can kill the fish or sea serpent monster yourself to summon this for the most part I don't see why people would use it as fish support though, they aren't popular at all the special summoning effect is OPed though, I'd put some restriction on the summoned monster 8/

Summoning from your hand isn't that useful, and it already has a level restriction that makes it weak to reasonable, nothing near OP'd.
