Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 3 Plant-Type monsters from your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 Spell Card on your side of the field to return 4 of your removed from play card's to your Deck. All cards that would be sent to the Graveyard is removed from play instead.

Cool card. The pic is actually kinda cool. But the only bad thing (not for the card) is that you get all your removed cards back and your opponent doesn't except with Spell cards. See:

That's the point with the card. It's suposed to add just your cards to the deck and not your opponents cards. Thanks for the rate

it should be return 4 cards from your removed from play pile back to to your deck, the shuffle your deck

 

overall though this should be just fine, although I'd modify the effect just one bit, where you can't use the monster destruction effect AND the card recovery effect in the same turn
