Some notes first the Cosmo Heroes are either DARK or EARTH attributes and Types will range to Beast Warrior, Winged Beast, Fiend(this might be kind of a contradiction seeing how fiends aren't normally heroes) and regular Warrior monsters and without further ado. Be prepared to gaze at the stars with the "COSMO HEROES".

Backstory

Well the Cosmo Heroes are basically, me wanting to make a Hero set so there isn't really much to it now is there. XD

The most devilish of the Cosmo Heroes. A devious trickster, whose sole purpose is to bring about the destruction of the planets, as she believes it will purify the Cosmos.

A extremely powerful shape-shifter. A quick thinker and is powerful fighter.

The ultimate demon. His power is unmatchable. Even though his soul is black, his heart shines bright with the desire to protect his home and the others who inhabit his world. Valiant guardian of the Cosmos.

A sharpshooter known all around the universe for his assassination skills. Never misses a target. This devil is also well known for holding the record of most bullets fired in one second.

Once per turn, you can halve this card's ATK to have 1 face-up "Cosmo Hero" gain 1 Level. You can remove this card from play to return 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster in your Graveyard to your hand.

When your opponent declares an attack on this face-up Monster Card, you can Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower "Cosmo Hero" monster from your Deck. The Summoned card's effect is negated. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 face-up "Cosmo Hero" in your hand to return 1 "Cosmo Hero" in your Graveyard to your hand.

You can discard 1 Card with "Cosmo" in it's name to have 1 face-up "Cosmo Hero" monster gain 1500 ATK. If you activate this effect, you must remove from play the selected monster. You lose Life Points equal to the monsters original ATK. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 face-up "Cosmo Hero" you control to return 1 "Cosmo Hero" in your Graveyard to your hand.

Once per turn, you can draw 2 cards. Your opponent selects 1 of the 2 cards, if it is a Monster Card, you can Special Summon it. If it is a Spell or Trap Card, you must remove from play the selected card. Once per turn you can pay 500 Life Points to add 1 "Cosmo Hero" to your hand from your Graveyard.

When this card inflicts damage on your opponent it is switched to face-up Defense Position. Once per turn, you can Tribute this face-up Defense Position monster to negate the activation of 1 Spell or Trap Card and destroy it. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 face-up "Cosmo Hero" in your hand to return 1 "Cosmo Hero" in your Graveyard to your hand.

This card's ATK and DEF is equal to how many cards you have in your hand x400. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can halve the ATK of this card. If you do, then this card can attack your opponent directly during this turn.

Once per turn, you can draw 3 cards and discard 1 card. Your opponent selects 2 cards in your hand. Your opponent selects 1 of the selected cards. If it is a Monster Card, discard it to the Graveyard. If it is a Trap Card, this card gains 500 ATK and DEF, until the End Phase. If it is a Spell Card, you can Set the card.

1 "Cosmo Hero" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s)

Once per turn, remove 1 card from play in your hand. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the removed from play monster's Level x 500, until your End Phase. After this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, any Battle Damage the controller of this card takes this turn becomes 0. If this card is destroyed by battle you can return 1 "Cosmo Hero" in your Graveyard to your hand.

1 "Cosmo Hero" Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

You can Special Summon 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster used as a Synchro Material monster to Summon this card during your next Standby Phase. This card loses 500 DEF when it inflicts damage to your opponent. When this card's DEF becomes 0 remove this card from play. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Trap Card to add 1 "Cosmo Hero" to your hand from your Graveyard.

1 "Cosmo Hero" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s)

When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, it is treated as a Fiend-Type monster. This card cannot be destroyed by a card whose original ATK is lower than this cards'. Battle Damage is applied normally. When a monster declares an attack on this monster this card gains 500 ATK, until your End Phase, and can attack twice during your next Battle Phase. Once per turn, you have this card lose 700 DEF to add 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster in your Graveyard to your hand.

1 "Cosmo Hero" Tuner + 2 or more "Cosmo Hero" non-Tuner monsters

While this card is in face-up Attack Position you cannot control any other monsters. Once per turn, you can pay 750 Life Points to halve the ATK and DEF of 1 monster your opponent controls, until the End Phase. Once per turn, you can discard up to 3 cards in your hand to increase this cards ATK and DEF equal to the number of card(s) discarded x200.

1 "Cosmo Hero" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s)

Once per turn, you can equip this card to a monster OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Defense Position. While equipped to a monster by this effect, that monster gains 700 ATK. When the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the destroyed monsters original DEF. (A monster can only by equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time.) If the equipped monster would be destroyed, you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy this card instead.

"Cosmo Hero - Wez" + "Cosmo Hero Zax"

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by removing from play the above cards you control. (You do not use "Polymerization"). When this card is Fusion Summoned, you can add 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster in your Graveyard to your hand. When this monster declares an attack on a monster whose original attack is lower than this cards', destroy it. Battle Damage is applied normally. Once per turn, you can flip every card in your Graveyard face-down and shuffle the cards. Draw 1 card from your Graveyard and place it face-up in your Deck. Shuffle your Deck. When you draw the face-up card, Set it if it is a Trap Card. You lose 300 Life Points if it is a Spell Card. Place it face-down in your Deck if it is a Monster Card.

"Cosmo Hero - Change" + "Cosmo Hero - Yokai"

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by removing from play the above cards you control. (You do not use "Polymerization"). When this card is Summoned, select 1 card in your opponent's hand. If the selected card is a Monster Card your opponent can Special Summon it. If the card is a Spell or Trap Card, Set the card on your side of the field. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for every Trap Card you control.

"Cosmo Hero - Shogun" + 1 "Cosmo Hero" EARTH monster

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. When this monster declares an attack on a face-up Defense Position monster, you can decrease this card's ATK by 700, until the End Phase, to remove the selected monster from play. Battle Damage is applied normally. Your opponent can Special Summon the removed from play monster during his End Phase. The removed from play monster gains 600 DEF. Once per turn, you can Tribute 2 "Cosmo Hero" Tuner monster you control, this card can attack twice this turn.

Activate only while you control 3 or more "Cosmo Hero" monsters. Once per turn, if you return 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster in your Graveyard to your hand by the effect of a "Cosmo Hero" Card, you can remove from play the returned monster to Special Summon 1 "Hazard Token" (Fiend-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 400/DEF 1000). Every time you Special Summon 1 "Hazard Token", your opponent loses 500 Life Points.

Activate only while you control 1 or more Tuner monster(s). Once per turn, you can discard 1 card in your hand to Special Summon 1 monster in your Graveyard. Decrease that monster's Level by 2. The Summoned monster's effect is negated. If you use the Summoned monster as a Synchro Material monster, draw 3 cards and discard 2 cards from your hand.

Activate only when your opponent declares an attack on a Level 5 or lower "Cosmo" monster Tribute the targeted monster and Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower "Cosmo Hero" monster. The attack target is switched to the Summoned monster. During your opponents End Phase remove from play the Summoned and Special Summon the Tributed monster. Decrease the ATK of the Special Summoned monster equal to the Level of the removed from play monster x200.

Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects:

-You can remove from play 1 monster in your Deck to negate 1 attack that targets 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster you control.

-You can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower "Cosmo Hero" monster from your Graveyard.

-While you control no other cards, you can pay 1500 Life Points to destroy up to 3 face-up monster(s) your opponent controls.

-While you control 2 or less "Cosmo Hero" monsters, you can remove from play the top 3 cards in your Deck to add 1 "Cosmo Hero" Card in your Graveyard. You cannot Summon or Set the added card for 3 Standby Phases. (Including your opponents)

Activate only while you have exactly 5 "Cosmo Hero" monsters removed from play. When your opponent successfully Synchro Summons a monster you can Special Summon the Tuner monster used. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 Tuner monster. If you do, you can remove play a monster(s) equal to the Level of 1 Synchro Monster Card in your Extra Deck and Special Summon that card.

Activate only while you control exactly 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster. Equip this card to that monster it gains 500 ATK and loses 500 DEF. As long as the equipped monster remains face-up on the field non-Fiend-Type monsters cannot declare an attack if you control more than 2 or less "Cosmo Hero" monsters. Once per turn, when the equipped monster declares an attack, you can remove from play 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster in your hand to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Cosmo Hero" monster.

Face-up "Cosmo Hero" monsters gain 300 ATK. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can add 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster from your Graveyard to your hand, that was destroyed by battle. (Only this card's controller can use this effect.)

This card can only be equipped to a Level 4 or lower "Cosmo Hero" monster. Decrease the ATK and DEF of the equipped monster x300. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can halve the ATK of the equipped monster. If you do, then this card can attack your opponent directly during this turn.

@ Raver: xD I still cant figure out why people made it like that lol

 

@ Card: Very simple but very lovely. I like the image and I like the sound of a Cosmo Hero set. The effect seems really nice and no doubt the set either revolves around Synchros or Level effects. It's second effect is fine as well.

 

Balanced / cute / quick

Hydra Shogun: "Once per turn, you have this card lose 700 DEF to add 1 "Cosmo Hero" monster in your Graveyard to your hand." <----not lost 700 DEF, change it to "decrease this card's DEF by 700"

 

everything else in the OCG for the new additions look just fine, and the balance is there, so I'll give the new ones 9.4/10
