Why the hell would he do that? Pot of Greed is banned.

"goblin out of the frying pan" = capitalization. spell and trap cards = Spell and Trap Cards. There are more but they are just preference really' date=' someone with perfect OCG can tell you.

Well, then if this card was used in a deck included in a series of unofficial decks that don't follow the ban lists, that would almost always include Pot of Greed, since it is a VERY useful card. But still, the effect would work against any card including Pot of greed.

Never mind what I just said. ^ That ^

OPed for that kind of burn effect' date=' despite Pot of Greed being banned

you still need to give a drawback on this card to balance it out

Pot of Greed has nothing to do with this card.

All I have to say is that for what it is, it's great. That said what it is is a card that counters a card that nobody uses, and only that card. But then again, cards like that exist in real life, so good job thinking this one up.

7/10

Did you look at the revised version? it counters pot of greed, jar robber, pot of avarice and reckless greed.

For the drawback I made it a conditional card, and spell shattering arrow is more powerful in terms of balancing.

Oh, right jar of greed also.
