Yeah, but it has low ATK for a 6-star. It does have a big burn effect, I'll admit that.

Cool card. Why would Dratini be a level 6 along with this card? It would be cool to see the Dratini. Anyway, he's got a little bit of an OPed effect cuz I know no level 4s with over 2000 DEF. So it's a little OPed to level 4s.

UP IMO. But I'd have to see the Dratini first to make a final judgment.

 

As it is it could use a little more.

I didn't want to make it OP'd. I thought it was, because it lets you change the battle position of the monster you're attacking, before you attack. Not many monsters have over 2300 DEF.

(BTW, Dratini's effect lets it increase its Level by 1 during your Standby Phase. It's Level Four to begin with.)
