for the most part though the OCG looks fine

 

I'm unsure what kind of an effect would be useful for the Chaos Twins, care to explain?

The Chaos Twins are useful because they can be used as

 

1. Both removals for Special Summoning a Chaos Sorcerer

or

2. Two of them can be used as all the necessary monsters in the grave for summoning DAD

or

3. General Tuner for a Chaos Deck

Discard RotSD for Name De Plume. Use The Creator to grab Vennominaga. Profit?

TBH, name-change cards should be avoided. Someone will inevitably find a way to abuse them.

My idea for Name De Plume was mostly quick archetype disruption. A Blackwing deck goes down fast if they have no Blackwing monsters, or stopping batterymen in an instant (no short circut for you!). Also, very good exodia counter. just chian to exodia's activation to buy yourself your and your opponents turns to find a counter.

 

oh, and yes, Kotodama and Name De Plume is broken fun, but don't forget it will get you to.
