I've always gave newbies bonuses when I'm rating cards. But then why not help them come up?

 

=Rules=

1. There are 10 contestants.

2. Only LV 1 and LV 2 members may join. Even if you happen to enter this contest at LV 1 and then somehow grow up to LV 6 before all contestants show up, it's ok, just make sure that you're LV 1 or 2 when you sign up for this contest.

3. You must make 1 effect monster that's not a joke card. (A Joke Card= Card made for the sole purpose of joking.) No other restrictions. Cards will be rated by a 0~20 score.

4. All other YCM Rules apply. If you haven't read them yet, go hurry to them.

5. The 1st place gets 6 big reps to start off your life in YCM.

6. Due date is March 10th.

7. There will be 1 judge.

8. The judge must be LV 5 or more and be pretty good at rating and making children's trading cards.

9. 1 rep will be given to the judge.
