Village: Otogakure, Village hidden in the Sound.

Jutsu Specialism: Sound based Ninjutsu, considerable Taijutsu skill.

Bio: An extremly powerful Jonin from the village hidden in the sound. Using his kekkai genkai to visually see sounds in the atmosphere. From the tiniest nail to the loudest bang. He uses this to utilize combonations of high level sound style ninjutsus. He is unaware of the tournament until he is already caught up in it.

Name: Kazuya Akuji

Age: ? (Around Teionsukes age) Gender: Male

Village: Otogakure, Village hidden in the Sound.

Jutsu Specialism: Taijutsu, NinTaijutsu, Manjii Ninjutsu.

Bio: Another ninja from the sound village. A cybenetically enhanced Jonin who wears armour plating covering his entire body. He uses a copying ability to mimic someones jutsu, using this as a counter to stop himself and his opponant from feeling, thereby using any chakra. After which he pummels them with a undiciplined version of Taijutsu, or uses the blades on his back in a sophisticate form of Manjii Ninjutsu.

[spoiler=Chapter 1: Blood and Thunder]

The rain poured down, smashing against the rooftops and trickling down the windows. The city of rain, Amegakure, resided upon a metropolitan pedastle. The ninja village hidden in the rain, a much befitting title. The rain glided down the window of the train, heading into the city.

"Are we there yet, Teionsuke?"

"We are just coming up to the station now."

The man opposite gave a slight nod as he returned his attention to the droplets of water. Teionsuke stood anxiously as the pair departed the station, leaving quietly through the crowd.

"I can hear the water, it's coming from the sky quite loudly." Teionsuke said with a passionate demeanor. The other man sprung ahead, catching an umbrella from a nearby shop. He opened it up like a blossoming flower, moving forward as they both strolled through the city. Teionsuke turned to face the over man.

"Kazuya, are you sure this is the right place?" Kazuya nodded slightly then spoke with a blank voice.

"We just have to sit tight for now." Teionsuke smirked as they continued to walk.

 

As they reached the hotel, a small unassuming man crept up to the travellers.

"You must be the Jonin from the sound village, are you?"

Kazuya grabbed his necktie with the sound symbol encrested onto it.

"I think this makes it kind of obvious."

The man smirked as he asked,

"And your names are?"

"Kazuya Akuji, and Teionsuke Yuubi." stated Kazuya.

Teionsuke gave a cautious glare to the man as he went around to other ninja in the area.

"You still havn't explained why we're here?" Teionsuke asked.

"The Jonin tournament of course." Kazuya replied, tightening the wrappings surrounding his left arm.

"What!? You thought you'd just enter us into a Jonin level fighting tounerment, without consulting anyone." Teionsuke stressfully said.

"We'll be fine Teionsuke, just keep your cool, and we can easily win." Kazuya stated in a sarcastic way.

"Well, I just hope we can return to Otogakure soon enough, since Lord Orochimaru left, the village has been slowly falling apart. Let alone our relationship with the other villages has been stressfull at best."

Kazuya nodded as he turned his head.

 

Later that day, Kazuya used many back alleys to get back to the hotel, carrying numorous supplies. A black cloaked man with a half face mask made of metal, jumped in front of him.

"Well, is this not a surprise or what."

"Do I know you? No. Then move it."

The man let out a mechanichal chuckle. He used his hand signs to cast a lightning jutsu. Kazuya copied it exactly, following the movements. As both the lightning bolts connected, the man fell to the floor. Kazuya fell to his knees but recovered quickly. The rain ninja tried to perform another jutsu, however his chakra was not stabilizing, preventing any ninjutsu or genjutsu techniques. Kazuya smirked as he cracked his knuckles. Kazuya rapidly punched him to the ground, following through a flurry of rapid hits to the ninjas face. Kazuya repeatedly smashed his head to the floor, as well as breaking his lower jaw. Teionsuke saw from a nearby stall, his ears pricking at the low hum of the punches. Teionsuke grabbed Kazuya, pulling him back. However it was too late. The rain ninja who tried to assault Kazuya was already beaten beyond all recognition. The two sound jonin ran back to the hotel, unsure wether he was a contestent in the tournament, or just some hired goon. Teionsuke had a feeling though, that the rain ninja in the street was not gonna be there most powerful foe.
