You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard by removing from play 3 Zombie-Type monsters in your Graveyard. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, send it to your Graveyard and it is treated as a Zombie-Type monster (if a card in your Graveyard that is owned by your opponent is removed from your Graveyard, place it in your opponent's Graveyard).

I understand that the effects don't match, the bottom one is the corrected version.

Like the card, a bit too strong in ATK and DEF. Lower the Defence much or make the ATK slightly lower. It is bit of a confusing card, I had to read it three times

3 zombie monsters seems a bit high for just a lv6 2400 atk monster

 

I'd have cut it down to just 2 instead

 

make sure if you special summon your opponent's monster from your graveyard, it's still treated as a zombie monster on the field (then you'll need a drawback effect for that)

It says that if the card is removed from the Graveyard, not from play, it returns to its opponent. If you special summon their monster from your graveyard, it returns to them. I made it three because this card is already searchable by pyramid and I can see a potential OTK with this card if it requires 3.
