This card cannot be Special Summoned by the effect of a Gemini or Tuner Monster. If this card is used for a Synchro Summon, decrease it's Level by 2. During each of your Battle Phases, add 1 Jade Counter to this card (max 3). Increase this card's ATK by 650 for each Jade Counter on it. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can remove 1 Jade Counter from this card to activate 1 of the following effects:

-Remove from play the destroyed monster.

-Draw 1 card.

-Randomly remove from play 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard.

 

During your Draw Phase, if this card is removed from play, you can send 1 card from your hand to your Deck and draw the top card of your opponent's Deck, your Deck is then shuffled. This card cannot be used to Synchro Summon a Level 7 or lower Synchro Monster. During your Main Phase 1, you can equip this card to a Level 3 or higher Tuner Monster you control to increase it's Level by 2. During your End Phase, if you haven't Synchro Summon this turned and this card is equipped to a monster you control, switch control of this card to your opponent until your next End Phase OR remove this card from play.

to me Jade Rose Dragon looks a little better

 

I'd have made it 700 atk per counter though, but whatever
