in a max rating theres a decimal? People are pretty obsessed with making unique decimals, anyways, thank you for your comment. I won't be able to "tweek" them, such as eliminating annoying signatures and others until i am done my fourth pack, but thank you nontheless.

Yeah... unfortunally here, i have been actually recruited for a site to start making some stuff for them, and have not able to attend Frozen Glory. I apologize to anyone waiting for this pack, but i am now done, and am going to post an entirely BRAND NEW pack that i made for the people i work for now =). Look forward for Rise of Darkness. Don't worry, i will still be working towards Frozen Glory, but as a comment for being patient with me, and understanding, i am going to throw in this. =)

I know, it was FZGN, and i thank you,( odd decimals in rating o_O) at least i got a very very VERY high score, as .09 shouldn't matter TOO too much, tis probably the vanilla monsters that got me a bit lower score ;D

Thank you all, and there is 2 Normal monsters, and your talking about a specific one... Reasons behind them?

 

Dragon: Dark Dragon, with good ATK and DEF, first one with even 1900, and if anyone cares to read its info, it can be a fusion material monster for a card in the previous pack...

 

Omakogo: More reptiles, 7 star, purpose for legendary ocean to knock it down to 1.
