Here are my Survived Warrior

Lore: Once per turn you can pay 500 life points to remove from play 1 Warrior-type monster from your graveyard and special summon 1 Warrior-type monster from your hand with an ATK and DEF equal or less than the removed from play monster. You can pay 1200 life points and remove from play 1 monster on your side of the field and 1 monster in your graveyard to select 1 monster in the opponent's graveyard and special summon it to your side of the field.

Warrior-type should be Warrior-Type

 

graveyard should be Graveyard

 

special summon should be Special Summon

 

for the 1st special summon, I'd make it less than or equal to. Getting it exact makes it very hard to do
