These cards need a lot of work. I'll give you some help:

First, these cards are Normal monsters, as shown by their yellow(ish) background. Effect monster cards are red(ish). In the card maker interface, in the second drop-down menu under "Card Type", you will find "Effect". This will change the cards' color, making them actual Effect monsters.

Second, you should greatly decrease the ATK, DEF, and level of each card. There is a great temptation to make cards based on your favorite athletes or what-have-you very strong. However, you should balance them out more. For example:

 

Triple H is pretty good. I'd suggest increasing his DEF a lot; he is pretty hard-bodied, after all. Maybe 1900 ought to do it.

 

Shawn Michaels' ATK should be around 2100 or so to balance his level and ATK.

 

Jeff Hardy's ATK should be around 1900 or so. His DEF should end in 0 and should be much lower; 1700 rather than 2421. (No offence if he's your favorite superstar.) His level (stars) should be 5 or 6 to balance out the new ATK and DEF.

Third, the effects are poorly written. I'll help you with that as well:

 

Triple H: Yu-Gi-Oh cards can lose ATK or DEF with certain card effects. However, they don't lose "life" when attacked, like Pokemon or what-have-you. If a monster is attacked by a monster with higher ATK, it is just destroyed. (My apologies if you already know this...) Therefore, make his ATK increase by some other means; for example, when Shawn Michaels is on the field. After all, they were/are DX...

 

Shawn Michaels: The effect is valid, but it's somewhat overpowered (depending on how you look at it). For now, fix the grammar and spelling. Try this: This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of Spell or Trap cards.

 

Jeff Hardy: This would make sense if you made any "Matt Hardy" cards. Since you haven't, I'd suggest making a Matt Hardy card; you should make his ATK and DEF a bit lower than Jeff's (I'd suggest 1850 ATK and 1650 DEF). As for grammar: This card can only be summoned if there is a "Matt Hardy" on your side of the field.

These cards aren't beyond help. You actually tried a fair bit harder than some other new people I have seen. The pictures are pretty good, and you didn't use fake types (I could care less, but some other members are more picky). Until you fix these, though, I won't rate them.
