If this card is activated, reduce 500 atk and def value of all the monster on both field. Sacrifice 2 monster on your field so that this card can direct attack. If this card is special Summoned, decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field by 500. Tribute 2 monsters you control to attack your opponent directly with this card.
