Dragon™
Soooo.... I took my half a Counter idea to the next level and added 'quarter of a Counter'.
Lore-When this card is Summoned by Tributing 2 "Ethereal" monsters, you can place 1 half of a Empire Counter on a monster in your Deck. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can remove quarter of an Empire Counter from a monster in your Deck. When half of an Empire Counter has been removed from a monster in your Deck, you can Special Summon that monster to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position, and increase your Life Points by 800. ragnarok1945
oh great, now we go into quarters don't go any further, people are not going to like doing this kind of math the 800 LP boost is a bonus, probably not going to be too much useful anyway. The special summon is the main prize, though it's a bit OPed since it can be used for ANY monster 9/
Dragon™
Bumpit... Rofl what's so hard to undestand? 1 quarter + 1 quarter = 1 half, easy! 1 half + 1 quarter = 1/2 1 quarter :O
Cloister
It could as well be just place 2 counters and remove 1. See no errors actually :D Like the effect, but the card itself along with the effect is kinda OPed. If you have a strong monster lets say with 3000 ATK it can too easily be Summoned imo. But other than that it is good 8/10 (the "half of an" just confuses me tbh.)
ragnarok1945
Bumpit... Rofl what's so hard to undestand? 1 quarter + 1 quarter = 1 half' date=' easy! 1 half + 1 quarter = 1/2 1 quarter :O[/quote'] I didn't say it was hard to understand. But there's going to be the share of the people who're too lazy to do the math
