Lore: This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "Muramasa" and 1 "Hisagi Shuhei" you control. Each time if this card destroys a monster your opponent controls by battle, you can discard 1 card from your hand to inflict 1000 Points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

First you don't need "if" after "each time".

Also for one card, 1000 LP damage isn't too much I mean in a proper deck 1 card should quite the price.

Plus for the fact that it needs 2 exact monster on your side of the field to be tributed and it only has 2200 ATK, (which is low even among 1 tribute monsters) it effect really isn't big deal.

Also fusion is a different thing, cause there you need 1 card, which is good for any 2 monster, and the materials are usefull, the result card is in extra deck, and polymerzation will be in the worst case used for an othe summon if you don't get the needed cards for this one summon. WHile in Kazeshini's case, if you don't get the needed cards it becomes deadweight.

Also for a fusion the materails can be in your hand, also you can get far better cards, like Cyber Twin Dragon.

I think this card is seriously useless instead of being OP'ed.

Seriously I would rather put Ancient Gear Golem in my deck. Aside of Kazeshinis own summon ability, neither can be special summoned.

Kazeshini is though a speical summon but needs exact cards, so I think the Golem makes up for it with its abiltiy to be summoned by tributing random monsters.

Also the Golem has 800 more atk and far more DEF, and even without discarding a card it will probably deal more than just 1000 LP damage.

And I won't even think about the fact that it stops Spell cards and trap cards during its attack..

C'mon just how is this card too strong for a 2 tribute monster?

Would you really ever put this in your deck?
