.Leo
1 on 1. = Any Card. (Catchy title 'eh ;3)= First to 5 votes wins.= All votes must contain reasonings for selecting a card.= Winner gets 3 reps. So like this is super smexy card A: This card can only be Summoned by sending 1 or more Spell or Trap card you control to the Graveyard. This Summon is treated as a Ritual Summon. This cards original ATK and DEF are equal to the number of Spell and Trap cards sent to the Graveyard to summon this card x 500. This card is destroyed in a number of turns equal to the number of Spell and Trap cards sent to the Graveyard to summon this card. When this card is destroyed by its own effect, you can add 1 Spell or Trap card from your Graveyard to your hand. --- And then we have card B which is pretty kewl: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 or more monsters you control. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower monster from your removed from play. When this effect is activated, remove from play 2 monsters from your Deck. If those monsters are Special Summoned by this card's effect, remove them from play during the End Phase. --- Btw, it is Me vs Luna Lovegood. Leturn Master
"Strataler" just gives me the feeling of overpoweredness. If, like most cards with a turn count, she includes the turn she was Summoned, then the strategy for playing her is Summon by sending a Spell to the Graveyard (what's with the Ritual Summon thing? It's not useful at all...), then destroy her at the end of the turn and get a Spell/Trap. DMoC and "Magician of Faith" are both Banned, and I feel like this card would be too--especially since it's giving you a Spell OR Trap Card, even though you're at -1 and you have to wait a turn. "Chaos Mech Dragon" is standard noob fare. It's too hard to Summon, has a mediocre effect (you need to have a lvl 5 or higher RFP-ed for the effect even started, and then it's still too slow). Then it's DARK/Machine-Type, and a beater. Very poor. However, when the choice is between a card that I think is OP and a card that I think is useless, I'll vote for the useless card--it has a higher chance of being in the TCG, anyway. I'm still thinking about it, and might come back to change my vote, but for now it stands as-is. card B
.Leo
It doesn't need a Level 5 or higher. Read again >.< Card A: 0Card B:
Squirrel Girl
Imo, both cards have good ocg. So my vote goes to the card with the best effect (imo). So the vote goes to Card A
Leturn Master
It doesn't need a Level 5 or higher. Read again >.< Card A: 0Card B: 1 apologies. Then the effect is semi-decent, but my standpoint on originality and poor OCGSP are both as-was.

JG.
Both effects are massively confusing @.@ But lets give them each a little review, since I'm bored. Card A: You didn't specify what type of Summon it is. AFAIK, that is needed, otherwise it can result in an infinite loop with some wierd card. Seems balanced though, maybe even a little UP'ed. Pic is mehsih, and doesn't fit the card (I see nothing in the card to do with 4 elements). Card B: Effect is, again, very confusing. Doesn't really seem like an effect a Dragon would have. It also seems a little OP'ed, even with the summoning cost. Pic is good, not great though, although fits the card. I'm very split here, although I guess Card B GMV, even with a few OCG errors.
