Here you go!

"This card cannot be Tribute summoned or set. This card can only be summoned by tributing two level four or under light monsters from your graveyard and add them to you spell and trap card zone. The ATK and DEF of those monsters are added to this card. When this card is destroyed send the monster cards in your spell and trap card zone to the graveyard."

Thank you but before you continue on. In your Orignal Post there is something that says Edit click it a clik full edit then post he lore there just fopr furhter notic

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by by adding 2 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monsters from your Graveyard and place them in your Spell and Trap card zone. Increase this cards ATK and DEF by the ATK and DEF of those cards. When this card is destroyed send those cards to your Graveyard.

I think it's actualy quite good.... after my OCG i think i'll, give it 8/10

No Problem but now i comment on the Name and the Picture and the ffect.. The picture is good just no background.... The name dont fit the effect i'd change that

next time post the lore, it was hard to read

 

while the stats effect balances it out, it's still boring

 

yes you use the LIGHT monsters for tributing and synchro summoning, but that's on them, not this card, so it needs another effect
