This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster can only be Special Summoned by sending 2 Fire-Type monsters from your side or the field to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you may tribute 1 Fire-Type monster on your side of the field with less than 2000 ATK to inflict damage to your opponent's life points equal to the ATK of the tributed monster. If you activate this effect, you cannot declare an attack this turn.

The last effect is a little OP'ed. Maybe do damage equal to 1/2 the ATK of the tributed monster or stop him from attacking the turn that you use the effect. 7.5/10

FIRE monsters, not Fire-Type. Remember, FIRE is an attribute

 

does have a nice burn effect, but if it's going to be 2000, that's too much. I'd make it only half the ATK of the tributed monster

yes, but Red-Eyes are most hard to summon:( nice card, try to down the last part of the effect to half damage or if you use that effect the monster cant attack:) you choose:) 8/10
