Krokosaurus
Lore:This card connot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by having exactly 10 LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned successfully, remove all cards in your Graveyard from play. This card is unaffected by card effects you control (except this card). In addition, after this card declares an attack, half the ATK of this card. This card cannot declare a direct attack. If this card's effect is negated, flip it face-down to destroy 1 card you control. Please correct the OCG errors and comment!!!

Not so sure on the bolded sentence, but I tried. I guess, for 10,000 Attack this card is sorta balanced with the sentence I threw in at the end. Otherwise, OTK, but with it, It's balanced. Nice job. 8/
Spikeball
Hmm.. it's not OPed.... ... But this card is more problem for the user than the opponent... But IF you get it on your field, it is too strong I think... even if the conditions are that high...
-Griffin
Er...Skill Drain on field before this, Summon, swing for 10K direct. Not very hard Summoning conditions, either.
Keyu_Sensei420
I like it, it's not really OP'd at all i mean yeah it has 5000 when it attacks but ALOT of people have their decks loaded with cards that can destroy monsters in an instant so really from my perspective this card is balanced as long as it is affected by your opponents card effects. 7/
Guest Cursed Reaction
Without Skill Drain, this becomes ridiculously underpowered due to the effort to summon it and the consequences blah blah. But with Skill Drain, this becomes stupidly overpowered since this is a potential OTK.

Apocalypse Doomsayer
I don't think it's too OP'ed you can't set up the Skill Drain combo on your own so it's really using your opponent's card against them in my opinion that's a great tactic. ragnarok1945
this isn't exactly very hard to get out you DO realize what will happen if you activate Skill Drain, right? 6.5/

-Griffin
But it says' date=' that it CANT be negated.if this really doesn´t work, is there any other way to stop skill drain?[/quote'] Yeah, you can't stop Skill Drain with a clause like that. Try changing the bit about not hitting directly too: "When this card attacks your opponent directly, flip this card face-down to negate the attack."That will stop it working with Skill Drain. Ofc, Skill Drain still makes it a 10K hitter, which is probably an OTK. If you really want to fix it, then this would work:"If this card's effect is negated, flip it face-down to destroy 1 card you control."

Quiksilver
Well, even with 10,000 ATK points, this cards seems like a hassle. It basically just sits there and waits for the opponent to attack it, which no sane person would do. I think its a unique idea, though, and if you got rid of the last sentence and just put other limits on it, it would be a good card. (Also, where did you get the pic?) My rating- 8.5/
Kato_Zenamara
For 10,000 ATK... this card is actually... good!? I'd NEVER thought I'd say that.Although, when you flip it face-down and flip it back, I'm pretty sure the ATK is reset. For the halfing effect, you should put something like "After this card declares an attack" so attack-negating cards will work and still cause it to lose ATK. That'll balance it out nicely.
DARKPLANT RISING
Make it 0/0, except with its effect stating "As long as this card remains Face-Up on the field, this card's original ATK and DEF become 10000". Just one problem. Put this in Defense... what happens? Overall 9/10, actually fairly balanced.
cmc1234
Eh.......Summoning conditions arent really that hard. What were you thinking making it 10,000 ATK? When this cards ATK is halved its still 5000 making it almost still almost unstoppable. Verey op'd, and overused pic
Krokosaurus
1. Summoning conditions aren´t that high!? EXACTLY 10 LIGHT monsters!!! There are not that many support cards like for DAD2.Unstoppable!? Sakuretsu!3. OPed, never! Its maybe UPed.4. Pic is overused|ok, could be... cmc1234
did u try looking at ur card again? Summoning conditions are sorta difficult i guess, if u drew this on ur first turn. And there are only a handfull of card that can destroy can destroy it. If its 5000ATK on your turn and 10000 ATK on your oppoents turn, the only way you can destoy it is a Spell Card. Probably over 50% of card removal doesn't involve attacking, so the ATK doesn't make it much harder to get rid of at all. What does the card removal have to do with anything in my post. I mean if you can t see how this is op'd then your blind, first off for starters, Its 10000ATK! Summoning condition arent incredible difficult. When it attacks its ATK mite only by 5000 but its still pretty high........................................... Just realized that there isnt anything saying that this cards ATK goes back to 10000, so i guess it halved evreythime............So i was wrong there. Its not as op'd as thought. Though still i dont know why u mentioned card removal is the reason im dumb.
