ah, very good picture you got there

 

not destroy 1 card from your opponent's hand, DISCARD 1 card from your opponent's hand

 

and not send this card to your hand, RETURN this card to your hand

 

but it's not a bad effect, I find it balanced out, so this deserves an 8.1/10

other then your ocg errors which the above users pointed out, this card is good.

Only thing i suggest is either make it a lvl3 or increase its ATK/DEF.
