Squirrel Girl
My awesome new card. Lore:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing all WATER monsters you control (at least 3). When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Plant-Type Monster from your Deck or Graveyard. The Special Summoned monster is destroyed at your 2nd End Phase. When the Special Summoned monster is destroyed, both players take damage equal to the destroyed monsters Level x 300. What you think?
T3RA PROWL3R
Well, seems like a card Konami would have as a "Front Card" for a structure deck, except w/ a little less UP'd effect. I will look at it a little and post more criticism later.

T3RA PROWL3R
Ok. In a sense, this card is both OP'd and UP'd. (And it has OCG errors, which I will not go over now.) OP'd because:-It has to be tributed w/ 3 or more monsters and it is Level 8-You can summon ANY plant monster w/ it's effect, unless the monster already can't be Special Summoned w/out summoning conditions UP'd because:-It is only Level 8, and needs atleast 3 monsters to be summoned.-Both players take damage from its effect. (You could either keep it this way, or make it so your opponent takes damage x200) Hope this helps.
Squirrel Girl
Point out the ocg errors. If it's both OPed and UPed it's balanced, so i supose this card is fine as it is. I wont change this card.

T3RA PROWL3R
How can the same effect be OPed and UPed T3RA? (The Tribute part) [spoiler=OP'd]Usually' date=' only Level 9 monsters should have the "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set" effect. [spoiler=UP'd']It's Level is too low for an effect like that. For technicality's sake, raise the Level.
ragnarok1945
why is the lore all crossed out? given how many WATER monsters to have to lose to get this to the field and the special summoned WATER monster only lasts for 2 turns on the field, you might as well allow the special summoned WATER monster to bypass the summoning requirements for it the rest of it looks balanced out, so I'll give this one 8.1/
Squirrel Girl
I don't know why the lore is crossed. If you mean the Special Summoned monster is a WATER monster you are all wrong. It's a plant monster not WATER monster. and you are maybe right i could change it so it can Special Summon any monste rignoring the summoning condition. -Griffin
T3RA, you put far too much weight on levels. After level 7, a card's level only affects if it's a Trade-In target, really. The problem here is that you will probably Summon Tytan, 2800 ATK, level 8, attack for 5800 damage, and then burn for 2400 damage and win when Tytan is removed. The only balancing factor is that it's so un-summonable. It's broken when Summoned, but probably never will be outside of abuse-builds, making it a card only used in an OTK-style. I would make the Summoning conditions easier, but then give a level or ATK restriction to the Summoned monster, or a drawback such as only you receive the damage or the Summoned monster cannot inflict Battle Damage. Hope that helped.
