As long as they remain face-up on the field. Once per turn, you can decrease the ATK of all Level 4 or lower LIGHT monsters on the field by a number equal to thier level times 200, until the end of the turn, this card gains ATK equal to the total amount of ATK lost by those monsters. Skarlet Posted March 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 6, 2010 ^ The balancing factor there is that the monsters who loose thier ATK don't regain it.Therefor unless your opponent has a clear field already, you're not actually going to get anywhere, Even a full field of level 4 monsters will only give this card a few turns of high attack while leaving your other monsters vulnerable to destruction, unless you change those to defense position quick-smart. in which case. it's probably for the best that this card can still only clear one target per turn, leaving your opponent plenty of chances to bring it's potential attack total down further. Realistically, yes you can do some damaged, but who's to say that you're really in a game winning position.Also, I only wanted the increase to last until your own end phase, because that further balances it by allowing the opponent a chance to counter attack. ragnarok1945 Posted March 6, 2010 Report Share Posted March 6, 2010 actually the OCG doesn't look TOO bad since it's been pointed out for the errors, I'll just move onto the effect part mainly it's just an atk gain combined with Cost Down's effect on LIGHT only, but is excellent in any LS decks, so I like it though you should lower its base atk. 2650 is plenty for lv7 already, lower it to 2200ish or something 8/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
