EFFECT: If a monster attacks this card, increase the ATK of this card by 300 points. When this card inflicts Battle Damage on your opponent's Life Points, you can select 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck with an ATK of 1500 or less and add it to your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 2 "Vicious Raptor" face-up in Attack Position from your hand or Deck. Shuffle your Deck afterwards.

 

EFFECT: Once per turn, you can decrease the ATK of this card by 500 points to inflict Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points successfully, you can choose 1 Level 3 or lower Dinosaur-Type monster from your Graveyard and add it to your hand.

 

EFFECT: You can reduce the original ATK of this card by half to inflict Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. If a monster that your opponent controls attacks, this card it is automatically switched to Defense Position.

 

EFFECT: You can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 2 Dinosaur-Type monsters from your Graveyard. each Dinosaur-type monster gains 500 ATK until your End Phase. At the end of your turn, the monsters that were Special Summoned are returned to the Graveyard.

I think your first cards are very well made. However, I feel your last card is OPed I feel the cost should be far higher without an attack bonus as someone could use this card to summon an Ultimate Tyrano pair or other really high powerd Dinos and get an attack bonus. Maybe you lose life points when they leave or pay a higher price to summon them. These cards are good and it's nice to see some new fossils coming back to life. 8.5/10
