RedRaptor10
Select 1 face-up Machine-Type monster on your side of the field. If the selected monster attacks your opponent's monster, negate the effects of all Spell, Trap, and Monster Cards on the field. I think there are a few OCG errors, but I'm not sure exactly. I also had to edit the image, so it looks kind of bad. Anyways, this is a support card for Machines. If the selected monster attacks your opponent's, nothing can stop the attack so it's like the machine "locks on" to the opponent's monster. :)
Laharal1
I think this card might need to be revised, but it seems you have your mind set in a direction so keep working and it will become clear. Rating:6/
ragnarok1945
so it's like a 1 turn Skill drain to apply to ALL card effects that should make it balanced out, nice way of killing the synchros and preventing your opponent from doing anything about it 8.4/

jack781217
Anyways' date=' this is a support card for Machines. For example, effects that alter ATK/DEF will also be negated...You should also specify the duration of this "negating", (beginning of Damage Step, end of Damage Step, end of Battle Phase, end of turn, etc...)
