There's barely any WATER Machine-Type monsters. Atleast from what I know.

 

4000 ATK for a Level 9 monster might be a bit... much.

 

I don't know too many uses for this card except for being a beatstick. Oh, and you lose points for just using Brionac for the picture. D:

This card can only be Synchro Summoned. Once per turn, when this destroys a monster as a result of battle, you can pay 500 Life Pionts to Special Summon 1 WATER Machine-Type monster from your Hand or Deck whose level is lower than the destroyed monster.

 

 

ATK would be good at 3200 for this card imo

the effect is useful if want to Swarm the field

Well, its a Synchro Monster, so thats kinda a stupid sentence. You need to say something like "This card cannot be Special Summoned, other than by Synchro Summon" or something, if you're saying that you can't revive it or something.

 

I see that you edited it in a few posts after the main topic. You DID lower the ATK and change the picture, but I'd lower it a bit more. Maybe 3200? And edited the main post with it.

 

It would help to make the basic cards BEFORE the specialized ones that mention them. I.E., make the tuner BEFORE the synchro that requires it. And make some WATER-Machines BEFORE you make cards that Special Summon them.
