DO NOT MAKE CARDS BASED UPON RED-EYES OR BLUE-EYES UNLESS YOU ARE MAKING SOMETHING THAT HAS NO ACTUAL SUMMONING CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE DRAGONS I MENTIONED. For instance, many make "Red-Eyes Ultimate Dragon", but they are bad to the bone. One of my freinds made a "Red-Eyes Crystal Dragon" with a pic from deviantart and a summoning condition that does not involve Red-Eyes, and he suceeded in getting a 10/10. 2. Don't get pics like that. Go to DeviantART or Magic Deck Vortex. 3. No simple effect like that. Title says all. 6/10, heed my advice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The picture is quite blurry, the OCG (Original Card Grammar, not Original Card Game) is kind of messed up, the effect is short, but not sweet, and the ATK seems a little to high.
