This card is simple and a calm quite addition to any spellcaster deck.

should add an alternative effect, if your opponent has no cards in his/her hand and therefore cannot discard

 

as very good draw power, almost feels on the OPed end had it not been for returning it into the deck, so it'll take a while to draw it again
