anyway...

the pic is not the greatest, its over powered even though it has no effect its just a beat stick, its a divine beast so i mean to an extent its not a real card >.>

because you are a beginner and i like vanillas

Divine isn't that real

and it's ATK and DEF is to much mind lowering?

Vanillas are great but please nothing to strong for BEWD

Once you lower it down make some support

Can't see, and 9999 is way too much, at least make it 3500 with LV10. Divine is perfectly allowed if you ask me, Obelisk is usable. If you made that pic it's pretty good, but assuming you didn't it's 3/10. You could see this as either "I suck at making cards" or "If I do my best I can level up by 7". I suggest you see it as the 2nd way.
