By tributing this card, you can Summon up to 2 level 4 or lower Machine-type monsters from your Graveyard. By discarding up 2 Spell cards in your hand, negate the activation of a Spell card and destroy it

too boring and still OPed for the effect. Nuking every other card on the field for only 1000 LP is too small of a cost

Cluster Mess of an Effect, I don't like it. But it's a good attempt.

 

And Rag? You've never heard of the Demise OTK, likely not even the card. So hold your tongue; that effect isn't overpowered.

haha, yes, i even admit the the effect is a mess!

@ Hass: Some reordering can do wonders.

 

OCG Fix: Once per turn, you can pay 2000 Life Points to destroy all cards on the field, except this card. If you do, skip your Battle Phase during this turn. If this card would be destroyed by a Spell or Trap Card, you can discard 1 card of the same type (Spell or Trap) from your hand to negate the effect and destroy the card. When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon up to 2 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monsters from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position.

 

 

One thing for balance. Reduce the ATK by 100-200. 2700 is a little on the high side for this otherwise pretty balanced card.
