Effect: When this card is Normal Summoned, place 2 Spell Counters on it. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can activate Quick-Play Spell Cards. You can remove 2 Spell Counters from this card to place 1 Dark Spell Counter on a DARK monster you control (max. 1). A monster with a Dark Spell Counter gains ATK equal to its Level x100. During your End Phase, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Dark Spell Counters on the field x700. During your Standby Phase, your opponent gains Life Points equal to the number of Spell Counters on the field x300.

Sorry I have been away for a long time but I have had 70% warning so I haven't been able to post... The card are great clair though I think it can be a little OPed since you can have 10 Dark Spell Counter and then you can inflict 700 damage at once in 1 turn... Good Spell Counter support though... 9/10
