This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 "Kane, Scion of Balance" on your Field from play. If the Tributed monster had any Dark Gift Counters on it, they are removed and put on this card. If this card is attacked, you can pay 500 Life Points to flip this card into face-down Defense Position until the End Phase of your opponent's turn.
