Some Writing erors and you call that awsome let me laugh that card is not realy good at all the eff is boring op and other stuff(not for bad) you need more training to make good cards.

 

And for editing i suggest:

If you want it to stay at the effe that Doubles teh atk of dragon make it quick spell or normal spell not equip it's not worth of it.

 

For editing the curent eff: (simple)

Equip only dragon type monster. The aTK of equiped monsteri doubled and the eguipped mosnter is destroyed at end phase, you can negate the destruciont by (some cost Excample:) tributing 1 other dragon monster on your side of the field.

Its effect reminds me of the Quick-Play Spell card Limited Removal :) (But use for Machine-Type Monster)
