Okay,here are the rules:

 

1:Make a Dark Attrubute,Fiend Type Effect monster(no synchros or rituals).

 

2:It must have 1000 ATK or less.

 

3:It has to have an effect related to Fiend Type monster.

 

First to 5 votes wins!

 

Loser gives winner a 3 rep price.

Lore:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Fiend Type Monsters in your Graveyard.When this card is Summoned,select 1 of your removed from play Fiend Type Monster(s).This card gains half the selected Monster's ATK,until the End Phase.When this card is targeted by the effect of an opponent's Spell or Trap card,you can remove from play 1 Fiend Type Monster to negate the effect and destroy the Spell or Trap card.When this card attacks your oponent directly,you can halve this card's ATK until the end of the Damage Step to return 1 of your removed from play Fiend Type monster(s) to your Graveyard.

When a Fiend-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove it from play to add 1 Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

It has to be something like this for an example:

 

"This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 Fiend type monsters in your Graveyard."

 

or:

 

When this card attacks,you can remove from play one Reptile Type monster in your Graveyard to increase this card's ATK by 500.
