Well here's my new set it's going to be full of Fire atributed Winged Beasts, Beasts, and Beast Warriors!

1 ''Blazing Beast'' Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster

This card can only be Synchro Summoned. Once per turn, you can discard 1 ''Blazing Beast'' monster to inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent. When your oponent targets a face-up ''Blazing Beast'' monseter you can select another ''Blazing Beast'' monster as that target. When this card is destroyed you can Special Summon 1 ''Blazing Beast'' monster form your Graveyard.

You misspelled more,and you can just say he can attack again or twice not attack once again in a row.Other than that it seems to be in the clear as for ocg,grammar,and pic.

for the tuner, what do you mean sent to the Graveyard except from play? Are you saying when it's sent the Graveyard from anywhere except the field?

 

I find Owltide OPed, it's too easily sent back to the field, which makes it too easy to set up for synchro summoning

 

as for Apeardment, you misspelled "opponent" and "monster" in the text. With the 500 burn effect, this is exactly why Owltide is so OPed. You can discard it, burn your opponent, then immediately use it to Synchro summon ANOTHER Apeardment
