Another new card created...

Maybe a little OP'ed ...hope it's not.

 

[spoiler=Soul Burst]

 

Lore:

Activate only during the Damage Step when a Level 3 or lower monster you control is selected as an attack target. That monster gains ATK equal to the total ATK of each Level 3 or lower monster in your Graveyard until the End Phase. You take 1000 damage during the End Phase after this card's activation.

Lore:

This card can only be equipped with 1 Equip Spell Card. As long as this card is equipped with Equip Spell Card, this card is unaffected by the effect of your opponent's Trap Cards and also can attack twice during the same Battle Phase. While equipped, if this card would be destroyed, you can destroy the Equip Spell Card instead..

Elite Gunsliger's effect is boring for just being immune to traps, I was hoping you'd give it another effect

 

as for Soul Burst, while limited to lv3 only, making the atk gain PERMANENT is a bit too much. I'd make it last only 1 turn, 2 the max (think Injection Fairy Lily)
