This is my latest card:

Increase the ATK of this card by 200 for every Fish or Aqua-Type monster on your side of the field (except this card). Once per turn, you can tribute 1 Fish-Type monster on your side of the field to destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field. While "Umi" is face-up on the field, this card can Attack your opponent's Life Points Directly (Any Battle Damage is halved).

last effect is on the OPed end. I would allow it to change its battle position, but only once per turn, so you can only do it once on your turn, and once on your opponent's turn.

 

Any more frequent than that makes it OPed

I also changed the last part of the effect. It was broken with "this card can change its Battle Position anytime."

 

This seems like a good card, although I think most people would steer away from it because it is Level 5, as that is the most annoying level of monsters there is.
