The effect is a bit bland, but it's not bad. I like the concept, although there are already cards like this (e.g. Banisher of the Radiance, Macro Cosmos, etc.) Still, considering you're a new member, it's really not bad.OCG:spell card=Spell CardKing of the Skies="King of the Skies"you must also offer an 8 star monster from your field or hand=You must also Tribute monsters whose total Level Stars equal 8 or more from the field or your hand.
