Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 3 monsters in your Deck to your Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field both players can only have 2 monsters on the field, if their are more then 2 monsters on your opponent's side when this card is Summoned you can chose which monster(s) gets sent to the Graveyard, if you have more then 1 monster when this card is Summoned your opponent gets to chose which monster(s) gets sent to the Graveyard. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by a result of battle you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster from your Graveyard. If this card destroyed by a card effect you can return 2 Spell Cards from your Graveyard to your hand.

not hard to summon at all

 

the "then" should be "than"

 

last effect for spell recovery is a bit too much though, I'd change it to returning only ONE Spell card instead
