Luck

Luck is entirely based on individual perspective. What may seem "lucky" to one person may be "unlucky" to someone else. If you get good luck' date=' then later that good luck is the cause of something bad, was the initial luck really good or does it change to having been bad luck?

I feel that luck isn't an actual thing, just a title assigned to coincidental occurrences based on the perceived outcome.

Luck does not exist.

For every action, for every event, for everything that happens in life, you can theoretically put a 'probability' on it.

Winning the lottery has a 1 out of a 10,000,000 chance, for one ticket.

Getting hit by a car on a nonbusy street has a 1 out of a 20,000,000 chance, per se.

Dying when a bullet hits your arm has a 1 out of 20,000 chance, maybe.

What the human mind perceives as 'luck' is when an event happens that has a low probability.

Like winning the lottery, getting hit by a car, or dying by bullet. All of those are types of 'luck' (good, bad and bad respectively).
