Hass Mac
wow, that is a really good card!9/10but one question, why 1650 attack?
Luna Lovegood
Because then one player might have a slight advantage with a 1650 ATK monster, otherwise it might get boring ;)

Max Darkness
If you want it to be flipped face-down, you'll might want to change it to a Quick-Play Spell or possibly a Trap. OCG Fix: Both players Special Summon 1 monster with 1650 ATK or less from their Deck in face-up Attack Position. If either player cannot, this card's effect is negated and is Set face-down again. The Summoned monster with the lower ATK is destroyed. (If it's a tie, both monsters are destroyed.) After this effect has resolved, Set this card face-down again instead of sending it to the Graveyard. I can see someone messing with this card by using one of the cards with -30 as an ATK stat to gain an advantage. One question though. If "Inverse Universe" is face-up, does that mean its effect is applied? As in, I summon "Destiny Hero-Defender" and because of "I.U.", it's ATK jumps to 2700, thus allowing me to destroy the other monster which probably won't have as much ATK. 7/

I think.

I think. I'm not sure, since "Inverse" is a Continuous effect, so would affect the monsters as soon as they were summoned. If I'm right (which I'm not sure I am), a couple of "Majestic Summoner" cards and "Hidden Book of Spell" would allow you to wipe out a decent number of your opponent's monsters before they even got to the field. Plus Soul Release or Dimensional Fissure and you have a way of emptying your opponent's Deck and Graveyard, stopping most of the meta, including the "Gladiator Beast" series. It's not taken long to see how this card could be seriously abused.

Hass Mac
just to stop the arguing, i think you should put for the effect THE ORIGINAL ATKso the efects can be used after the card is ste back

Hass Mac
with the thing that i just said, this card if used correctly could possibly help someone win, like in a combo with Megarock Dragon or a card that has no ATK but its effect says that it gains ATK due to eg:the number of monsters in your graveyard by 300 ATK or something like that
ragnarok1945
not send it face down, FLIP it face down very abusable, nice to rid the really OPed cards really quickly, so I like it 8.5/
