I originally made this for an RPG, but I want to get opinions on it.

Is it OP'ed? UP'ed?

 

Earthbound Immortal: Earthbound Immortal Ranru Yura

Dark/Beast/Effect/3000/2200

There can only be 1 face-up "Earthbound Immortal" monster on the field. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the Field, destroy this card. Your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card is removed from the field, you can destroy a monster on your opponent's side of the field and inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monsters original ATK. If there are no monsters on your opponent's side of the field when this effect is activated, inflict 250 damage to your opponent for every Spell and Trap card on the field.

Considering it's an Earthbound Immortal, it's good. Not OP'ed but I do think the Eartbound Immortals are OP'ed in general. Good card. No great card 9.5/10.

The last effect makes it slightly OP'd even for an EBI. Also don't forget your 's. :P

Edited 's. Also changed the spell/trap damage from 300 each to 250 each.
