Seems a little OP'd. Shouldn't there be a price to pay for the effect? The card lets you look at every card your opponent has. That should be toned down a lot, or given an appropriate cost. And a one-time effect that locks down RFP cards permanently isn't realistic at all. Maybe you could make it so that effect only works while this card is in the Graveyard. A few OCG errors; look at other cards with similar effects to get an idea of how to word it. For example, Spiritualism's effect wording: "This card's activation and effect cannot be negated by any other card." Decent pic, though.

Overall 5/10. Make it more original-this is something I say to every newby who creates Exodia cards.

Well yes this card is basicly used in the side deck but you must put a cost.For an example you can be a little more creative and put something like this:
