negating ALL card effects is a little bit too much, maybe change it to only spells/traps and that's enough

Hmm great job

Im liking the self drawn pics they are awesome :) hmmmm just a bit OPed with negating ALL card effects and it not being destroyed by battle...OCG errors already stated but toher than that good job 8.1/10 oh and i cant read the name try changing it to common or ultimate rare
