you need to add more detail to effect,it can easily op'ed on what you can summon and how.Plus also lower the stars because the effect and pic are about average.

light attributed monster should be LIGHT monster

 

Dark isn't a type for the token, change it to something else. And its attribute of Dark should be DARK

 

I find this OPed since you can summon ANY LIGHT monster this way, the 200 LP is barely a loss at all
