DO NOT raise the ATK above 3000, because that is the highest ATK for Vanillas (Blue-Eyes White Dragon) Lower the Level to 8.Rational Thought: When is it ever going to be used? In most cases, the cards stated in it's effect are either banned or not genuinly real cards (like Trap Master and De-Spell).
