fixed errors, and op effect almost cuz you basically inflict 1500 damage to your opponent and you get the monsters back that you removed from play, also it has 3000 atk too, it is also a little up

it should be this CARD cannot be Normal Summoned or Set

 

deck should be Deck, and you should have said remove FROM PLAY 3 LIGHT monsters from your Deck

 

half should be halve

 

the burn effect seems to be a little too much in this case, I'd lower it from 500*the monster's level to 200*the monster's level
