Note: And if you think this is OP'd just because it shut downs synchros than too bad thats what this card is suppose to if not than state what is OP'd about itrate-hate-comment This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 3 Machine-Type monsters on your side of the field. While this card is face-up on the field neither player can Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck. Once per turn, remove from play top 3 cards of your deck to remove up to 2 monsters in your opponent's Extra Deck from play. If this card would be destroyed as a result of battle you can remove from play 3 Machine-Type cards from your side of the field, hand, or Graveyard to return this card to your hand.
