Boring effect, Oped, and lots of OCG errors i give it a 5/10

short but very good idea

 

works outside machine decks too, so I like it.

 

problem however is the removed from play monster, since you can make it ANY level for 800 LP.

 

I'd still allow any level, but you have to pay 200 LP per level of the removed from play monster to summon it to the field

It's really good but shouldn't you put a little drawback like the Special Summoned Monster is removed from play during the End Phase?

I like this card, it's actually a little underpowered, but that's just my opinion, because of the paying 800 Life Points.
