Sky Warrior - Queen Layla

Err, I think the card is a bit OP, considering she starts off with 3100 ATK and increases further for every monster... Not to mention she can be Special Summoned, which is rare with such a powerful card, and when she is, you draw a card. Lastly, because you did not specify anything in the effect, it is read as whenever a "Sky Warrior" is sent to the Graveyard period, you can Special Summon it, meaning that you could like Foolish Burial it and be able to Summon it... This card could be a lot more balanced if you made certain limitations, such as adding "(except this card)" to the first effect, completely scrapping the second effect, and adding "When a Sky Warrior is sent *from the field* to the Graveyard"... but that's my opinion. :D

There are also a few OCG errors, I believe. Correct rewrite below (without any reworkings in the effect):

This card gains 550 ATK and DEF for each "Sky Warrior" monster you control. When this card is Special Summoned, draw 1 card. When a "Sky Warrior" monster you control is sent to the Graveyard, you can decrease this card's ATK by 1000 to Special Summon the monster.

So, yeah, a little OP'ed, a few grammatical errors here and there... I believe I'll give you a 6/10 for this card.
